Green Juice Recipe: Popeye power

Our delicious green popeye power juice, next to fresh herbs, apples and lemons.

This green ‘Popeye Power’ juice is super-charged and a great way to start your day, with avocado providing you lots of essential vitamins, minerals and oils, plus the spinach for added iron.

Green Juice Recipe: Popeye power


  • 2 apples
  • ½ courgette (zucchini) or ½ cucumber
  • Handful of large leaf spinach or kale
  • 2cm slice lemon
  • ½ avocado

Use courgette to make your juice smoother and creamier, or cucumber to make it lighter and fresher.

Wash all your ingredients then juice all the fruit and vegetables through your juicer, except the avocado. Pour the juice into your blender and add the avocado. Blitz for 30 seconds and pour. Yum!

Tip: if you only have small leaf spinach it is best to add the spinach to the blender, as only a small amount of juice will be made using the juicer.
