Juice: Brocc-happy

This simple juice is quick and super tasty.

Juice: Brocc-happy


2-3 green apples (like golden delicious)
3cm chunk broccoli or few florets
2cm slice of unwaxed lemon

Simply wash and put all of the ingredients through your juicer. At 211 calories, it is a light refreshing juice for a daytime pick-me-up. You can also add a small chunk of ginger for added heat and immune boosting powers!
