We are delighted to have published our first cookbook: “Summer Food: 30 vegan and gluten free recipes from Lisa Brant, La Crisalida Retreats”.

Over the past three years, lots of our guests have asked us how they can continue to eat and juice La Crisalida style, as they want to incorporate healthy plant-based recipes into their diet. In this cookbook we give you some of our favourite summer recipes – dishes packed with vibrant colours, textures and nutrients, designed with summer eating in mind.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to trying in our e-book include:

Lisa Brant

Lisa has been working in the field of health for over twenty years, first as an epidemiologist and now following a more alternative route! She is a therapeutic hatha and yin yoga teacher and also teaches mindfulness meditation. Lisa is a nutritionist so designs all our menus, as well as running the retreats. She is also qualified in NLP and hypnosis. Over the years Lisa has overcome her own health challenges with severe endometriosis and is happy to share her story.
